Exhausted and struggling at work

I went back to work last week at 4 weeks and I am struggling with my energy levels up beyond what I expected

I do have a demanding job and I have to travel up to 2 hours per day-then I am on my feet a lot

I forget to eat on time, it is hard getting all my fluids in, and it is difficult to take my pills (Vitamins and calcium)

Please tell me it gets easier?

There is no chance of exercise as I fall into bed as soon as I get home

OK -- don't know if this will work for you or not, but if you work for a larger company they probably have a nursing mother's room with a couch. On days when I feel wiped out, I schedule myself a 30 minute lunch or break or whatever you call it and go in and take a quick nap (with phone alarm set). It makes ALL the difference in the world for me to be able to finish out the day. You might also be able to take a quick nap in your car if no room is available.

I made special arrangements with my boss and he was fully supportive of me napping so I could work -- better than not working at all.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
