Five weeks out...... I have had a terrible time finding a Protein that I could tolerate. The whey Protein Bullets smelled like vinegar and tasted like it....after I got it down...it came right back up. Premier was too thick and I just could not stand them. I am still struggling. I started drinking the Isopure. These are lot better than anything I have tried and they have 40 protein. I like them over ice and I add Crystal Light to them to flavor it up.

I will add my vote to Premier Protein shakes from Sams or Cosco. They have worked great for me and I drank one a day for over a year. Good luck! Your life is about to change in ways you just can't imagine right now - and all for the better!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
