I have weighed myself three times this morning to see if it is really true. I kept thinking- is this battery low on the scale or something?And it said the same thing every time! renewedhope 4 Posted June 30, 2008 Carrot, I typically stick with low carb. I know exercise is very important. It is an area I need to be more consistent in. Sometimes I am great and sometimes I'm not. Today I am starting a couch to 5k to get back on track. Here's the deal. I am not perfect. I am not even always consistant, but my band won't let me do nothing and I try to make good choices each day. If one day I don't then I just start new tommorow. I have good restriction and that helps a ton. I don't do anything super amazing. You are doing great as well. You should be very proud of yourself. Just keep doing and you will get there.
