vsg_meredith 2 Posted July 6, 2014 I have had a very slow weight loss and I decided to read the book Carb Cycling by Chris Powell and skimmed through The fast Metabolism diet by Halyie Pomroy bc I have heard some success stories . At this point I'm willing to try just about anything to get my weight loss restarted , I feel that most of my almost 8 weeks have been a stall ( which they have ) I will go 3 weeks then lose 3/4 lbs then repeat the cycle . Anyways with that being said I started doing the carb cycling 3 days ago and I broke my stall & have lost 2 lbs since . My question is has anyone done it long term and how is it working for you and how did you adjust it to fit with your life due to WLS ?
