Season26 14 Posted July 5, 2014 Your favorite Protein Powder. I recommend figuring out which that is now. I've spent too much time, money and stress worrying about getting my Protein. I love PB2 and mixing in extracts. sugar free Popsicles were my saving grace! The name brand is so much better than the non-brand in this case. Sugar free Jello, chicken or vegetable broth and your favorite Crystal Light. I'm only 3 weeks out so I'm still doing all of this.
joatsaint 2,814 Posted July 6, 2014 I agree with Season26, just don't stock up too much. You won't be eating near the amounts you are now. My 1st week post-op, I was not even able to finish a sugar free popsicle per day. My 2nd week, was about the same, but a little better. And for weeks afterward, I was only eating about 3/4 can of Soup per day with a tablespoon of Peanut Butter here and there. Your favorite Protein powder. I recommend figuring out which that is now.
