p-ruck21 8 Posted July 4, 2014 Can not enough calories stall weight loss?
joatsaint 2,814 Posted July 4, 2014 Yep, it sure can. Your body goes into starvation mode and lowers your metabolism as it tries to conserve as much energy as it can. And tries to store anything you eat instead of using it for fuel. 3 getnhealthyintx, Denise73 and BeagleLover reacted to this
gottagonow 82 Posted July 4, 2014 Yes, but my nut says exercise helps. Exercise ups that metabolism - it has been key for me. And I'm no marathon training guru, but I make sure I get it in. 1 Denise73 reacted to this

gottagonow 82 Posted July 4, 2014 It's a hard one b/c I was told not to force myself to eat. Later on my nut did say to at least eat a piece of cheese when I'm not hungry. She expressed concern with the meal skipping.
stacielynntate 88 Posted July 5, 2014 I'm struggling to get enough calories in. Mr Dr wants me to get 1000 a day but I'm finding I can do 600. So I'm starting to think trying to eat every 3-4 hours small meals and see if I can get it in. Hardest is I just don't feel hungry so it makes it hard.
