kimba6999 125 Posted August 25, 2014 Acampbell- not sure if this will help but have u tried looking back at what youve been eating? How about ur workouts. Maybe change them up a little. Howany cal r u eating a day. Try raising or lowering depending on how much ur eating. When i hit a stall for almost 4 wks i was told to up my cal intake. Apparently i was starving my body cuz i work out so hard. I did and witholin 3-4 days i was losing again. They say about every 6 wks ur body adjusts to what ur doing so we should change things up on our diet and exercise to keep ur body guessing amd losing.
