Colleen C 169 Posted July 2, 2014 Nope, I felt like all I had was water! lol Weird how different outcomes are. Can you suck little ice cubes and such? Also try to be careful of full sodium broth.< /p> 1 Zoco reacted to this
TimeforTanya 30 Posted July 2, 2014 Since having the surgery almost 2 weeks ago, I feel like I cannot get enough Water to drink. Anyone else experience that? I was just going to post somthng similar. I feel so thirsty/dehydrated these past 2 days. All I want to do is drink ice cold water and i have no appetite for anything. Only problem is tht I can't get enough of it because of the band. The more I drink the more nauseated and bloated I get. I def crave water, just sucks I'm so restricted n can't drink much of it. Keep drinking...the last thng u need is to be feeling miserable from dehydration. 1 Zoco reacted to this

bulawookie 116 Posted July 2, 2014 Yes I have been craving Water all the time and when I drink it....lots of it, I never seem to have my thirst quenched. I am super hydrated. I don't understand the constant need for water. I am handling it by carrying water with me every place I go, but yeah.....I understand your thirst for water. Zoco 13 Posted July 3, 2014 It's like 5 minutes after I take a drink I get cotton mouth. It's really weird. I've always drank lots of Water, but now I feel like I haven't been drinking at all. Crazy how surgery affects people.
RJ'S/beginning 5,358 Posted July 3, 2014 you guys need a thirst quencher. Try Gatorade 2 or coconut water..Both make you feel satisfied and both have electrolytes in them to help with hydration..... 1 Zoco reacted to this
