Do I need a fill?

Hi guys! I remember about a month ago I found a post w/ a list of things that we should be doing to maximize weight loss as well as signs that let us know we do need a fill. Can anyone help me find it?

Thanks La_madam! That's exactly what I was looking for! I've had 2 fills & do feel like it's enough since sometimes I PB... however, I've hit a plateau & haven't been able to get below 230. It's quite frustrating to see the little scars & to PB when I'm not even at my goal weight. I was banded on 8/31/04.
