My doc's nutritionist prescribed it for me 15mg/30 days and i liked it- it really took the edge off my hunger without feeling any bad side effects. I prefer not to take diet pills but was desperate for awhile. Most people here seem to feel it shouldn't be needed but you have to do what's right for you.

I tried it before decideing to opt for surgery but it just made me feel really sick and rotten all the time!
