Philadelphia Had my Sleeve done 1-23-14 at UofPenn by Dr. N. Williams 45 YO Male will be 46 August 7 hope to be down to 250 for my birthday CW 270

I was denied by atena also but I fought wrote letter and won!!!! Aug 7 will be a year
