Excited and nervous to start tomorrow, but I know I have to do this for me no one else just me.

July 15th is my Surgery , and cant wait to make these changes for good. We like to hear how anyone else is doing on the the Opti-fast shakes.

I sure hope you do well. I am just in my 6 mo. Dr. supervised weight loss and I am nervous even now but as you say I know I have to do this for my health. I sure hope your nerves settle down, and hope it all goes great.
