kaschank 7 Posted July 2, 2014 I am, surgery is July 15th. Just started the liquid diet today. I don't like Soup so I am having yogurt for lunch and dinner and 3 Protein Shakes a day. I can also have sugar-free pudding, Jello and applesauce. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I have been reading up on the liver shrinking diet since there is such a variety of diets out there (im lucky and get to eat food and shakes) I read that you dont want to go into surgery malnurished because you could have more complications and take longer to heal.
