Dietary goal=cut out the fats!

Exercise goal=stay on the cardio track I'm on but add free weights

Personal goal=more than losing weight I want to lose 1.75" each from chest, waist and hips. (that gets me to the next size down!)

Favorite July activity = ironing smaller pants to wear on August 1st! :)
