Bronco0605 135 Posted June 30, 2014 I am down 108 pounds from this time last year. I am feeling depressed about the loose skin. The more weight I lose the worse I look and I still have 25 pounds or more to go before I hit my goal. I have seen the Plastic surgeon and that is in the future for me. livvsmum 2,369 Posted June 30, 2014 I was going to suggest the same. Signing up for a race always motivates me. I am currently training for a 1/2 marathon and whenever I feel like not working out, I focus on being ready for that and it usually does the trick for me.
