Bufflehead 6,358 Posted June 29, 2014 Eating slowly will help you realize you are satisfied/full before you over-eat. If you over-eat, you are more likely to suffer the foamies, vomiting, general discomfort, and slow weight loss. Our stomachs are so small now, "full" or "satisfied" feels different, and especially early on, we have to eat slowly and pay careful attention in order to learn what that is.
