latido 178 Posted June 29, 2014 Since the surgery, I cannot see well. My eyes are so fatigued. I'm seeing blurry and double, cannot focus on anything. Please tell me it's the exhaustion only? 1 KelliM73 reacted to this
KelliM73 4 Posted June 29, 2014 I felt this way too, but only while I was under the influence of my Ultram. I took one pill mid day yesterday (day 3 post op) and haven't taken one today because of how it weirds out my eyes. Do you notice if this is in conjunction with while you have meds in your system or is it seemingly unrelated? Keep me posted.
latido 178 Posted June 29, 2014 It is my first day home post-op, and no painkillers at all. I noticed it as soon as I came to in recovery. It can also be residual narcotics in my bloodstream. At least I want to believe that.
Lthomas 23 Posted June 29, 2014 Do you have a scopolamine patch (for nausea) behind your ear? Extended use causes double vision. ( Like greater than 3 days). Maybe they forgot to remove it? The patch is commonly given right before they anesthetize you.
latido 178 Posted June 29, 2014 There was a tiny little circle sticker behind my ear. i found it yesterday and removed it. I had no idea about it. I never felt any nausea. Interesting.
