Suggestion: Can we have a "Stalls" subforum?

Recommended Posts

I think for the same reasons people need support in a lot of areas. They are nervous, worried, scared, seeking information, hoping to do better, etc. This is one area that people are particularly vulnerable post-surgery hence the multitude of posts about it. Not everyone is vulnerable in the same way.

Ok, all ...it seems we did decide on "Don't sweat the Stall stuff" as the name provided @@Alex Brecher agrees and feels it works with his overall theme. We have several suggestions up on where to put the forum. I think Alex will have to decide that. We need @@Kindle and @@LipstickLady or whomever to write a description of the forum.

hmm for starters:

Has it been awhile since you last lost weight (and you are not in maintenance mode)? Is your weight not moving getting you frustrated? Not sure how to get the weight to begin moving again? Sounds like you've hit Stall. Don't Sweat it, come learn how to get past the stall without pulling your hair out...

Having not really hit a stall I'm not sure I'm on the right Idea here, but it's a start for a description.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
