Water that is.... I am just wondering if I am still supposed to be sipping? I am finding myself taking "regular" sized drinks. I am not gulping or anything. Don't feel any discomfort from the larger drinks.< /p>

I'm 7 months out and I have been able to regular drinks for awhile now........... Not sure how far out u are....... I still try to drink to fast though, the sleeve will let u know when enough is enough....
