wendyt 108 Posted July 1, 2014 I found a great tasting pre-mixed Protein shake at Walmart, Core Power Light banana Strawberry; it's delicious, and 20g of protein!!! 1 Mikee57 reacted to this
PDB41017 16 Posted July 1, 2014 @pdb45214 someone else had mentioned Chia Seeds to me...to you just eat them like nuts or mix them in something? I mix it in with my shakes it really gives substance and sustenance to the shake. For me I can last longer between shakes without getting hungry. One tip: buy them at costco or equivalent. Much much better price and quality. 2 Mikee57 and BigGirlPanties reacted to this
Mikee57 699 Posted July 2, 2014 I find most of the pre-mixed shakes have so much sugar...does anyone know how much there are in the ones you are using? I know the Core Power Lights shakes have about 11 g...I try to stay under 5 g if I can. Thanks for any suggestions.
