To get things "moving" drink pear juice (I got it from the baby food aisle). Helped one person today already! I was sleeved 5/28. Hit what I felt was a stall in lbs but my pants were getting too big. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat so if you are exercising...."...there you have it. This week alone I have lost 5 lbs. the stalls happen. Don't get discouraged and only weigh yourself once a week. We are all going through this but everyone's results will vary!

Hi All,

I was sleeved on June 2 and this is my first post.

I'm down 25 pounds and I also stalled a week ago.

Undoubtedly, it is frustrating and a little scary.

My Dr said not to worry, stick with the program and relax.

I'm glad That I am not alone in this boat :D .
