I'm 3 weeks post op today. I went back to work yesterday and wow today my tummy is really sore. Normal?

Sounds "normal" to me. I was quite sore for at least 6 weeks, then magically all of the pain stopped. I went back to work after 3 weeks too, even though not approved by my surgeon. Although it was painful, I have no regrets, and believe it helped me to recover faster. Good Luck to you !!
