Good...my surgeon is booked up six to eight weeks ahead...I haven't been approved by insurance yet, then I will have Pre-op class and last surgeon appointment and two day liquid diet.< /p>

Congrats Butterfly, I think most folks worry a lot about the eval but just be honest and it seemed pretty easy for me too. Looks like you will be me to the finish line. I do think I moved up a week or too. So hopefully mid-October for me.
