rnm1057 0 Posted June 25, 2014 How many oz could you all eat at 10 weeks out, and when was your first stall?
Sleeveless in seattle 208 Posted June 25, 2014 Depends on the food. I can eat 1-1/2 to 2 oz meat, but a 5.3 oz Greek yogurt. I'm 13-14 wks out and have never had a stall. Might get more responses if this was on a different forum other than ladies gone wild. Just sayin...
Bufflehead 6,358 Posted June 25, 2014 (edited) I could only eat about 1.5 oz of meat. At 10 weeks out I was only allowed 3 ounces of food for a meal, but no way could I reach that if eating anything dense such as meat, veggies, or scrambled eggs. Probably could have eaten more of something really soft like yogurt or cottage cheese, but it wasn't permitted, so I didn't try. Terribj 208 Posted June 25, 2014 I agree with @Bufflehead. If it is dense it's much less - eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt, Soup, etc I could eat more, but still only about 3-4 oz. I also have never had a stall. The weight loss slows down and speeds up. Some weeks it is a pound, some weeks it is 3.
