SpecialNewMe 38 Posted June 24, 2014 My doctor recommended Bariatric Advantage as well. I use them because I am just too nervous to try anything else. If you order from their website you should be able to get a discount if your surgeon recommends them. Mine is 15%. Also, go to www.insurenutrition.com and complete their insurance section. They will work with your insurance company and doctor to get their brand covered. 1 dreamer78 reacted to this

DevilDog 6 Posted June 25, 2014 The Bariatric Advantage Vitamins made me very sick to my stomach. I tried it on several occasions to be sure and each time I felt very sick. My husband could take them fine but he didn't like the taste. I went to Centrum chewables and those go down great. I'm looking forward to my first set of blood work to see how my levels are. 1 Gr8fulMiniMe reacted to this
gomekast 559 Posted June 25, 2014 I took alive for women chewables. Flintstone Vitamins were recommended by my program but they gave me a rash.
Kindle 8,667 Posted June 25, 2014 I do Garden of a Life Vitamin Code for Women and Healthy Blood (a separate Iron supplement) They are whole food based, not chemically synthesized Vitamins and include Probiotics and enzymes that my surgeon recommends. I also do B12 sublingual from Twin Labs since we can't absorbed B12 orally after VSG. I'm getting 6 month labs next week to make sure all is well.
