DevilBlueDress 189 Posted June 23, 2014 Earlier this week the local TV nutritionist shared her recipe for a Breakfast that tastes like cookie dough, but made from Greek yogurt. I made it this morning with a couple of changes ( I used plain fat free yogurt mixed with Torani SF vanilla Syrup instead of vanilla yogurt. )http://m.channel3000.com/donnas-cookie-dough-from-greek-yogurt/26540886 1 Who Dat 70461 reacted to this

AmandaAR 4 Posted June 23, 2014 Wow! I'm going to try that tonight. Question...have you tried it without the mini-chocolate chips? I LOVE chocolate chips, but don't think I need them in the house. I'll try the recipe without them tonight and see how it tastes. Also, is there any reason you used the sf Syrup instead of the vanilla?

greensleeve 457 Posted June 24, 2014 I like Greek yogurt with PB2. I add one or two packets of splenda. You can Chia seeds or baker's cocoa too. I think I ate that every day when I was on pureed.< /p>
AmandaAR 4 Posted June 24, 2014 Thanks for the info about the sf chocolate chips, I wouldn't be as tempted to eat them outside of the yogurt. That being said, I tried this tonight, without the chips and it was so good! I used Dannon light and fit vanilla Greek yogurt, SF Toriani vanilla Syrup, and 1 Tbs of Peanut Butter. I think this will be my nightly indulgence.
Crystalapril11 36 Posted June 25, 2014 I just tried it and it does take care of that sweet tooth. Definitely had to push myself to not have something I shouldn't. My 16 yr old son finished it so that says something. Thanks for the idea folks! 1 DevilBlueDress reacted to this
