Is your Protein intake different on the days when you're more or less hungry? Or the solidness of the food you're eating? Or your activity level? That's all I can think of to consider...

Interesting question here. Got me thinking about my food consumption and choices.

I had the same issue. Between my doc, my nut, and eventually a therapist, the current conclusion is I still have an emotional eating issue. Never even considered it before but yeah... Emotional eater here.

It really hasn't affected my weight loss. But, that could be for any number of reasons. I have been running a lot and that may be my saving grace. But I have not yet figured out how to deal with the emotional hunger.

Just my opinion....When you work out hard, you might well find that you want to eat a lot the following day. Personally, i choose to eat more fats when I am hungry like that. I am a low carber (LCHF). Eating more fats ends that crazy visceral hunger fast and helps you lose. Just don't mix a lot of carbs in with it, as that will not help your weight loss.
