thesuse2000 698 Posted June 21, 2014 Is your Protein intake different on the days when you're more or less hungry? Or the solidness of the food you're eating? Or your activity level? That's all I can think of to consider...
Josh2xh 70 Posted June 21, 2014 Interesting question here. Got me thinking about my food consumption and choices.
mikey856 11 Posted June 22, 2014 I had the same issue. Between my doc, my nut, and eventually a therapist, the current conclusion is I still have an emotional eating issue. Never even considered it before but yeah... Emotional eater here.

mikey856 11 Posted June 22, 2014 It really hasn't affected my weight loss. But, that could be for any number of reasons. I have been running a lot and that may be my saving grace. But I have not yet figured out how to deal with the emotional hunger.

Personally, i choose to eat more fats when I am hungry like that. I am a low carber (LCHF). Eating more fats ends that crazy visceral hunger fast and helps you lose. Just don't mix a lot of carbs in with it, as that will not help your weight loss.
