What doe's REP power mean? in the upper right corner.Is it some kind of rating system?

I think I just figured it out. You can add to someones 'rep' if you want. Some people were getting upset with the advice they were getting from unknown bandsters. With 'rep' power, the trusted bandsters are easier to identify.

I think it has a lot to do with how long you've been on the forum and how many times you've posted.
