farmgirl04 231 Posted June 19, 2014 From a 22w to a 4. The picture says it all. I'm trying to get rid of some attic junk and found these old shorts of mine. Wow! If things are tough, remember, it works! 12 dcooper28, JCsMamaBear, 2muchfun and 9 others reacted to this
kayzoog 129 Posted June 19, 2014 Wow- you started exactly where I started, and you are now exactly where I want to be! I'm hanging on to some old jeans, just to take a similar picture. I can't imagine wearing a 4! Thanks for the encouragement! 2 Lite'N'Sweet and farmgirl04 reacted to this

KarenWB 20 Posted June 19, 2014 I'm amazed at the amounts of weight many are losing. What's wrong with me?? Geesh! I've only had one fill since surgery on February 17th. Go for my second on the 23rd. I lost 25 lbs. before surgery and only 21 since. Very frustrating!! I'm walking A LOT!! Up and down our huge hill every day. It is about 1.5 miles total. What am I doing wrong? I try not to each much. Stick to Proteins. No potatoes, no rice, no breads. Karen in Richmond, VA

And also be mindful of the time you are eating. I'm newly banded but logging in my food journal has helped tremendously! Don't get weary...keep working at it!! Since May 23 I've only lost 12lbs. It's very frustrating so now I'm logging, and exercising more!! Hang in there...you got this!

pink dahlia 2,513 Posted June 22, 2014 KarenWB, if my math is right, you've been banded about 16 weeks, and have lost about 21 lbs. Thats about 1 lb PER week , which is excellent ! Great job ! YOU are'nt doing anything " wrong" , it sounds like you're doing everything right ! Your body is happy with what you're doing, hopefully your Dr. will be too ! I lost my weight about the same as you, im VERY happy with the results ! Keep it up !
