Anyone try sugar free muscle milk? 100 calorie? I an getting flack from non sleeved friends.... Wondering Sleevers thoughts ( I'm 2 months post op)

My friend had her vsg 1& 1/2 yrs ago and she used muscle milk all the time. Idk if it was 100 cal or sugar free tho but she's always suggesting I use it when I get sleeved next month. Hope that helps!

I think it tastes great and only 5 carbs, 15 Protein, 2.5 fat and 100 calories.

Ya i don't think there's anything wrong with it.. She also took Biotin and never had any hair loss!

Sounds good. Use it if you like it! I haven't tried it. I got tired of trying new Protein Drinks so I gave up and drink Premier Protein now. It's easy. I'm all about easy.

I did drink it pre op but haven't tried it since surgery due to its low Protein count. But whatever you can drink to get it in do it. because I now have a problem with my much loved Cookies n cream GNC powder. I really like OH YEAH which had a good source of Protein, but have not tried them since surgery hopefully I can drink them. Good Luck
