Having hard time with this app. Idk if my reply went thru. Trying it again..I started the sugarbusters diet on the 6 the. What about you?

I only have to do the diet one week before. I started Sunday with modified liquids. I'm allowed only veggies and plain warm cereals, Protein Drinks, jello/ Popsicles and plain yogurt. It's very boring but I've come to realize I don't need tht much food to function. What's the sugar buster diet?

Cutting out sugar. Can only have 30 grams a day. Drinking a lot of Protein Shakes.< /p>
