Went for my 8 week appt today. Dr was happy with my loss. Lol me not so much. As he told me Rome was not built in a day! You are doing great! Didn't get released to do any resistance training until I can get my calories above 800 a day without adding any carbs!

How does everyone get 800 calories a day and keep the carbs at a minimum? Oh and he said max of 100 grams of Protein a day.

Great job!!!! 40ish pounds by week 8 seems to be the normal as I keep reading that :) im 8 weeks tomorrow and down 43!
