sleeved215 23 Posted June 16, 2014 So yesterday was a bad day for me. I deviated from my diet and ate things I would never eat and it totally wasn't worth it. I had a bad of sour cream and onion chips then later that night I had a few handfuls of white cheddar cheese itz. I decided this morning that I was going to get up and prepare all my meals in advance for the week, including healthy Snacks, which ironically I prefer and leaves me more confused to why I binged on junk yesterday. Anyway, I decided to reach out to u guys for support to keep me focus, please no negative remarks. 1 DarbiMolly reacted to this
AnnMO47 2 Posted June 16, 2014 Yesterday is gone. Recommit today, think about why you got sleeved and move forward. Try not to hate yourself for your bad day it's so counter productive. 1 StephanieRR reacted to this
DarbiMolly 188 Posted June 16, 2014 One day at a time. Just remember how the food made you feel - not worth it! Get back up on that wagon!
StephanieRR 131 Posted June 16, 2014 We are all human. We recognize our issues and we pick up at that very moment and get back at it. You can do this. Pre packing our choices and meals is a great plan.
fat_free 463 Posted June 17, 2014 It's a new day Sleeved215. I know you've got this. Yesterday was a small blip in your journey. Please remind me of this when I post this same thing some where down the road. We all slip and have slipped in the past and probably down the road. Try not to let one day ruin your plans xoxo
hrhlaurie 185 Posted June 17, 2014 The best part about a new day is moving forward and making better choices. I'm sure we've all been there...
