I need some GET UP AND GO!! Vitamin advice?

Can anyone tell me what I could be lacking? I just have no energy lately..do desire to do a thing! I feel fatigued, tired, and just gloomy. All I want to do is nap! What do you think I'm lacking?? Can anyone reccommend a good Vitamin or supplement?

I was having issues with my hair falling out. my friend introduced me to these products and the work great they are made from all organic plants. p>
