Been drinking my fluids, I'm not really getting full...been on apple juice, Water...and a half a cup of soup...

Was wondering what's the amount of fluids I need during my first week 2.5?

Should I be thinking of Proteins and Protein shakes or just keep my fluids for now?

I was making chicken Soup and wanted to take a bite 0_O

Didn't know how much I would miss food, until I got back home

I am to aim for 64fl oz of Fluid and 60grams of protien.. In the form of a shake. Are your Soups just the broth? ? There shouldn't be any chunks.. liquid enough to go through a strainer. You can do yogurt.. With know fruit.

My dr wants this done for 2 weeks and then mashed, puréed for 4 wks . She likes to be cautious.

Remember the average pouch can hold 4oz at a time.

Yea just broths, haven't tried yoghurt at all

I was given 1 week of Clear liquids

Then full liquids

For now I'm just on fluids no Protein shakes at all

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
