Pain in stomach above navel

Hi all , please help me I am two weeks post op and I am having pain in the stomach area but it's outside on my belly just above my navel more to the left side by one of my incision it hurts when I get up and walking it constant pain it even hurt when I press it please let me know if anyone have the same experience ?

Did you have a hernia repair? I know I had pain like that and had to hold my stomach up..wish I had known about getting something to hold my stomach up...good luck

Yes I had a hernia repair, it feel like its muscles and holding or putting my hand on the area when I walk or get up help can you tell me how long it last ? . Thanks for your reply

I'm scheduled for hiatal hernia with my VSG. What did you use to hold your stomach up?

my doctor told me to get a stomach binder and I didn't know I needed one until I kept having pains and was ready to go back to work in a week...check with your doctor
