BSU 61 Posted June 15, 2014 I think I am starting to understand how this works. Had a little bowl of scrambled eggs this morning and I was STUFFED. . . . for hours. Could not finish it. Also have tried finely diced chicken in lite gravy. That worked well too. So nice to not be drinking Protein shakes. I think I can live off the above for two weeks. Kindle 8,667 Posted June 15, 2014 Cheesy mashed potatoes with unflavored Protein powder, puréed split pea Soup and Huevos rancheros (refried Beans, egg, cheese and green chili sauce, no tortilla) were my three non-sweet favorites.
