Peanut Butter Malt Tonight's dinner is a vanilla Protein Powder, skim milk, cocoa powder, Davincis sugar free peanut butter Syrup and a whole ton of ice mix in the Vitamix. It turned out like chocolate peanut butter soft ice cream..the consistency of a Wendy's malt. I have 3 premiere Protein shakes a day Water with crystal light Decaf tea/coffee Jello light sf popsicles That's it for me.
