What are your favorite Protein Shakes?

Premixed and powder?

What flavors?

Any add ins to mix it up?

I don't know why, but I haven't tried Unjury yet. That being said, my favorites seem to be Bariatric Advantage chocolate (powder) and the Premier Protein (premix).. I also like Six-star Cookies n Creme and their Decadent Chocolate. Not a big fan of vanilla powder shakes (too sweet) unless mixed with something like a banana or PB2.< /p>

I only wish I could understand why Bariatric Advantage is 5x the cost of other brands like Six-Star ($75 for a bag versus $14.88 for Six-Star at Walmart)...

I love Eas Carb Control shakes! They are great pre-op, but honestly, I don't think 17g is going to cut it post op. I really like Premier Protein. 30g of protein!!!

Thanks sooo much. I will get some from Sams and see how the taste is for me. May as well start getting use to it now. Lol

My surgeon's office told me I could only use their bariatric advantage and Celebrate mixes. I prefer the brand I can get at sam's club. They are also 45 dollars cheaper than the stuff at the doctor's office. I checked the nutritional information on a tub of both bariatric advantage and premier Protein. They are the basically same thing.
