rome 156 Posted June 14, 2014 I was feeling pretty down the past week or so. The scale isn't moving, Protein and Water not where they need to be, and still feeling pretty wiped out. I finally decided to go into my closet and try on a few pair of pants I bought but never fit into. And much to my surprise....they fit with no problem!! 2 sizes smaller too! :-) Then I decided to step on the scale and it finally moved! Only a pound but none the less....it moved! I think I am finally realizing that the weight will come off at its own pace and that I have to throw my expectations of how much I should be losing out the window! This is not a sprint!!! It is going to be a lifelong journey. It really doesn't matter how long it takes does it? Slow and steady will win my race.
