betty_s 476 Posted June 16, 2014 hey girl! i have one recipe that i really like.. even when i wasnt dieting which is saying a lot! 1 scoop of whey Protein (i was using mrm vanilla or choc - low in carbs) 1/2 frozen banana 1 cup of almond milk 1 handful of ice cubes 1-2 T of dark choc dreams pb (this is the KEY INGREDIENT) I like to keep my Protein powders low in carbs, so i use MRM, Beverly Internation UMP, and Protizyme. UMP has a Cookies and cream flavor that I really enjoy and Protizyme has a Peanut Butter cookie flavor thats pretty yummy too. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
fredanna 17 Posted January 19, 2015 Have you seen Bariatric Foodie' s book of Protein Shake recipes? Some are darned good! I've started making some of it into popsicles.
