Both my mom and dad have medical issues. My mom has had 4 heart attacks, 5 ways bypass, 7 stents and an LVAD (left ventricular assist device) and now needs a heart transplant. My dad has diabetes and is in a wheelchair. I just don't see a happy ending for me if I stay at the weight I am at.

I want to experience things people my age normally do. I want to be able to keep up with people and go places without thinking about fitting into chairs or where to sit or can I do this because of my weight. I just hope to keep those thoughts in my mind because some days I think I'm crazy for considering this.
