AJS614 0 Posted June 12, 2014 I am 7 1/2 mos out of surg. Started at 294, at 197-200, goal is 140. I lift weights 3 days a week and run 4 miles 3 days a week. I have been stuck at this weight for about six weeks now and im soooo scared n frustrated that this is where i am gonna stay.....anyone have advice or similar situations???? QuickDraw 9 Posted June 14, 2014 AJ, I haven't had surgery yet, but have been researching this issue. On the countless diets I've survived in the past, plateaus have been a discouraging experience. The information I've gathered from around the Net is that the best form of exercise to deal with this is high intensity interval training. I intend to use this type of exercise when I regain my health post surgery and will share my experience with it. I have read that this can really break down a plateau.
