I cant believe its been 6 months since I had my surgery. Todays weight 169..SW 253... I have lost 84lbs in 6 months. I still cant wrap my head around it... This has been the best thing I have ever done for myself... I cant remember the last time I was this happy!! I feel good... and that is worth EVERYTHING!!

Thank you for putting it all out there and being blunt about it. I really admire that. I liked that you wrote about the fact that it is still a struggle and weight gain is still possible after 4 years. I really needed to hear that. You are definitely an inspiration! Kudos...just got my date, 7/14/14...after the 3 month insurance mandated diet and 3 week wait for final approval, another month wait feels like a punishment...lol. I really needed this pick-me-up
