Any june 23rd sleevers?

I've been sick with some viral thing! So the first three days were golden. Lol. I'm confused as to how some people have full liquid diets and others have shakes and food. All I want is to eat applesauce or cream Soup. Is that silly?

I want cream soup too!! I read some people could have meat and veggies too...I'm like uhmm that would be nice!

I screwed up and cheated last night. I read up and apparently the diet is really important to shrink your liver and avoid potential issues during surgery.

No cheating!! (: we got this! And yea they have you do the liquid diet because overweight people tend to have a fatty liver which makes surgery harder on you and the surgeon.
