nursebre29 8 Posted June 11, 2014 Hi, I am 11 weeks out from surgery. I have lost 44 lbs However, I have not lost any weight in 2 weeks. Suggestions? I also find myself eating the same foods....lots of protien shakes and greek yogurt. Suggestions on what to eat? Thanks, I ate some club crackers and humus and Cottage cheese as well. I also had a 2 week stall at the same time. Your body has to readjust to all the weight lost. Then all of a sudden it will be ready for another drop and the weight will fall of again. You will have stalls all throughout. Very normal. Keep positive a don't forget to measure once a week so the stalls don't discourage you as much 2 Kiara5244 and rhondalk reacted to this

Sleeveless in seattle 208 Posted June 11, 2014 food ideas...I am 12 weeks out today. I am a low carb eater so you can adjust to fit your lifestyle. Breakfast: I usually have Greek yogurt, scrambled egg w/ turkey sausage, cottage cheese or a Protein drink Lunch: deli meat and cheese, veggies w/ Greek yogurt ranch dip, leftovers from dinner, cottage cheese w/ marinara (heated up, sometimes w/ turkey pepperoni and mozzarella on top) Dinner: I eat whatever I make my family, only will modify for myself. Last night, chicken breast w/ jalapeño havarti on top, grilled w/ mushrooms, small dollar of mashed sweet potatoes (I had to skip the salad, no room). Night before was tacos. I put my toppings (seasoned ground turkey, black Beans, cheese, salsa and Greek yogurt) in a bowl instead of tortilla. Tonight will be baked tilapia, steamed broccoli, carrots and cauliflower and leftover sweet potatoes. Snacks: almonds, string cheese or cheddar stick, Protein frappe or iced coffee, occasionally a few wheat thins smeared with a Laughing Cow Lite wedge, Protein Bar if I'm in a pinch or on the road. Hope this helps a little. Also, when I'm not losing or losing only a little, that's when my body changes the most. 1 rhondalk reacted to this
Jescriba1970 7 Posted June 11, 2014 I like the hummus that are snack size with the pretzel thins you can find in the deli. I have been eating a lot of hb eggs but am getting bored with the same old food. I found high Protein Quaker oats oatmeal which is good 10gms of protein. 1 rhondalk reacted to this
cpfisher77 5 Posted June 11, 2014 I am at week 10 and hit a stall too. I was beating myself up, glad to hear I am not alone and that it is normal. 1 rhondalk reacted to this
