Well I ate it no problem no restriction no burp no pain no full feeling....Why did I do this process only to be hungry and not satisfied this is not fair!! sorry but have to vent...I also drank my Water had a Protein Shake in am....Surgery was May
Sleeveless in seattle 208 Posted June 9, 2014 I didn't really feel restriction until I moved on to real food. Don't sweat it, this will work! 2 Droppeddeadweightdiva and BeagleLover reacted to this
bikrchk 1,313 Posted June 9, 2014 You'll feel it when you begin to eat food that's more dense, and feel more satisfied as well on real food. 1 BeagleLover reacted to this
par1959 470 Posted June 9, 2014 I was done on the 28th and feel the same. My doc said dont worry about calories just keep on the fluids. Keep in mind the food you described is considered a slider. Once we graduate to real food the restriction should kick in ans slider foods are no longer allowed. 2 Happysassyg and BeagleLover reacted to this

Brightfuture058 26 Posted June 9, 2014 I went through the same feelings you are going through right now. I was told by many people on this site who have have it done that it will past to hang in there, it gets better. I had trouble seeing how. But trust me when I say that it does get better. I was sleeved on Feb 3 and went from feeling the way you do, to nausea all the time which made me regret the decision even more. Eventually all that past and I have lost 55 lbs so far. I feel better than I have in a long time. Hang in there and lean on your support systems. This really is not only a physically challenging thing to do but also a mental challenge. Keep telling yourself it will get better and it will. 1 BeagleLover reacted to this
