twinsmama05 166 Posted June 9, 2014 Thank you everyone! What I've learned in the past year and a half is keep moving! Exercise is so important especially with the loose skin! Weight training and kickboxing help tone. Also it's ok to taste something and not feel guilty about it. I do not deny myself a treat every now and then. Last and very important this surgery is a fantastic tool. It inspires me to work harder and when I work for my goal the sleeve works for me.
