alicha91971 1 Posted June 9, 2014 I'm 5 months Post-Op Sleeve & 4 months Post-Op Gallbladder. I'm finally getting back on track & I've purchased a Pedometer/Exercise Pal by New Balance & have downloaded "My Fitness Pal" app to my IPad. My REAL question is, has ANYONE been told a "CALORIE & CARBOHYDRATE LIMIT" to stay within on a daily basis? THANK YOU ALL! 1 Saramarie1023 reacted to this
Bufflehead 6,358 Posted June 9, 2014 My limits are 850 calories and 60 carbs per day.
LivingFree! 478 Posted June 10, 2014 How many calories you need varies so much depending on your gender, your height, your activity level, etc. etc. And it changes from where you are at 5 months all the way to when you get to a year and further our. All that affects how well your short and long-term weight loss will be. Do you have follow up visits with your surgeon so you can get an accurate eating plan that is tailored for YOUR BODY'S specific needs?
