lizjim30 11 Posted June 9, 2014 Wow I never thought this day would be here! Today I leave to have my sleeve surgery. When I first started this process I was so scared and nervous however; now I am excited! I am on my 7th day of my liquid diet. While on the liquid diet Monday-Friday was not hard at all however this weekend was hard. I wanted nothing more than to snack, and eat food. Man I miss food!! I am proud to say since I have been on the liquid diet I have lost 12lbs. Losing the weight on the liquid diet has motivated me so much and has taken away my fear of having the sleeve surgery. I am leaving tonight, and will fly out on Tuesday and have surgery on Wednesday. I am all packed and ready to go. I guess as ready as I'll ever be. I am so ready for this new life! I want put adventure in my life! There are so many things I want to do once I am all healed up; I can't wait! Please keep me, my doctor, and his staff in your prayers.
